The Lord is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures;

Still waters are peaceful and restful, yet also refreshing. I must purposefully make time to be still, step away from my busyness and circumstances, and seek the Lord. In the stillness, I will find the sweet peace of His presence and rest from my troubles. And in His presence, I will always find refreshment and restoration.
